AnchorPrivacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
Anchor is built by a single founder who takes your privacy seriously. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you complete the Anchor questionnaire, we store your responses and the Anchor document generated from them. If you enable daily reminders, we store your notification preferences and check-in history.
We do not collect your name, phone number, payment card details (those go directly to Stripe), or any information you don't explicitly give us.
How we use it
Your data is used to run the app — saving your Anchor, sending your reminders, and showing you your history. That's it. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Supabase for database hosting, Anthropic's API for AI generation).
Reminders and notifications
If you enable push notifications, we store a subscription token on your device to deliver reminders. You can turn these off at any time from the /my-anchor page.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app. Go to My Anchor and scroll to the bottom to find the Delete account option. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
