How It Works

Most people already have reminders. They have calendar alerts, sticky notes, and notification badges they've learned to ignore. Anchor is different — not because of the reminder, but because of what the reminder is attached to.

Build your Anchor

Five questions. Ten minutes. Anchor asks you what you're building and what winning looks like, who you're building it for, what keeps stopping you, who you refuse to become, and where you've already earned your confidence. Your answers become a personal doctrine — a document that is entirely yours.

Set your daily commitment

Each day, you choose one specific, finishable thing you're committing to. Not a goal. Not a theme. One promise — the kind you'd keep for someone else. Now make it to yourself.

Get asked

Once a day, at the time you choose, Anchor asks one question: You said you'd... did you? No judgment. No lecture. Just the question.

Answer it

That's the whole loop. The streak tracks whether you showed up. Your Anchor reminds you why it matters.

A calendar reminder tells you what time it is. Anchor reminds you who you're trying to be.

Why It Works

One commitment beats ten goals
